I’m a real estate agent that pays attention to every little detail. I return calls. When you need strength, patience and a sense of humor, I’m there for you.
Of course I know Philadelphia’s neighborhoods. I’ve also spent 25 years managing high-stakes negotiations under intense stress. Before I became a full-time REALTOR®, I was a broadcast producer who supervised million-dollar television commercials, often with famous actors. So I know how to get a job done on time and on budget.
I particularly love first time buyers. And I never act as a dual agent. I’m on your side, and only on your side.
No, I never skied the alps or negotiated a peace accord between Israel and Egypt, but I am one of those dog-owning, community volunteering, springtime loving real estate professionals.
I am currently a tree tenderer for the Philadelphia Horticultural Society. What does that mean? I plant and take care of trees around the city. It's a great program that helps the air get better and a neighborhood get more valuable.
Studies have shown that by having trees on a block, the block's value actually increases!
I like spending time at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, reading mysteries (Google Jo Nesbo- very cool!) and riding my scooter around town (yes, I wear a helmet so my hair isn't perfect!).
