Phantom voters : A threat to electoral integrity in Malaysia.

As next elections is coming soon, Malaysians are made aware of multiple incidents of dubious voters appearing in certain constituencies.

They are detected when:
1) the electoral roll indicate large number of people residing in the same residence. For example 32 in one house
2) the electoral roll indicates existences of voters in non residential or abandoned premises
3) legitimate voters are denied the right to vote on election day as the phantom voters cast former's vote.
