CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating the driver of a white colored, two-door sedan who struck a male on South Kukui Street and Fort Street Mall. On Thursday, March 23, 2017, the victim and driver got into an argument in the intersection. The victim continued walking when he was intentionally struck by the white colored vehicle.
