I recently held our agency holiday party at Cork & Brew. We used their caterer and the food was delicious! We had more fun there for our annual celebration than we have anywhere else! All the staff said they want to go back again next year and do it again. using Cork & Brew banquet allowed us the flexibility to bring our own games and music and the space was all ours! The host was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. The price was more than reasonable for all that we got. I would recommend this place for any company looking for a spot to hold your holiday extravaganza. finding places large enough and that everyone can mingle is a chellenge so this worked well for our purposes!

I have used Cork and Brew twice now and I could not be happier. I am a bit of a wine snob so I was very skeptical about the quality in this make-your-own experience, but for the price of the wine/activity the quality was very approachable. My Fiancee and I went with a Chardonnay to be safe, and we were very pleased with the outcome which we will be using as a wedding favor. Our second go around we decided to make our own beer. We haven't tried the beer yet, as we made it for the upcoming UCONN football season, but both our experiences could not have gone better. Very organized, yet relaxing atmosphere (I mean you are making your own wine/beer). You can listen to whatever music you enjoy while getting down to business in the "brew" room, also they have a wonderful doggie there to greet you when you walk in the door. Highly recommend!

We just made our wine for the holidays. The process was fun & quick & I know the professional labels are going to look great. Can't wait to go back & bottle, label & bring home our wine! So many holiday gifts already taken care of.

Cork & Brew is amazing! My friends and I have already made 2-3 batches of wine. Making it was a blast and delicous! I made Merlot there, put my own label on it which said..."Mistletoe Merlot,!" Everyone got a bottle for Christmas. I will definetley be visiting Cork & Brew soon again!:)

When I first heard about Cork and Brew I was so excited and intrigued, I had to check it out. I went and made my first wine back in March 2012, tropical fruit Riesling which is so delicious!! I loved the idea, wine with your own personalized label that taste great and cost as little as $5-$7 a bottle.....I was hooked. I made a few more batches there and loved it so much I bought all the equipment to start making it at home. Not only can you make it there you can buy everything you need to make it at home. The wine is always great to have on hand for gifts, when company comes over or just to drink yourself. I even make personal labels for birthdays, anniversaries, any occasion the labels can say whatever you want. The staff is always great, friendly and helpful not to mention there greeter Maverick the dog who is so cute. They also care so many cute wine gifts (cork cages, bottle toppers and bags, wine purses that hold bottles of wine and so much more) that I love to buy for myself and family. I am so glad I found Cork and Brew now I have a hobby to keep me busy and everyone I know stocked with wine !! I have been a customer for over a year and highly recommend them.

I had a great experience at both the Cork & Brew and their banquet facility! It was a "groupon" that brought my there, but I have returned several times and as you'll see from my son's review above, Rich & Steph have made and are using their wine as wedding favors! AND returned to make beer! My first wine making experience ever, but from the moment we were greeted at the door by Maverick (their dog) and Kristin, till the moment we left it was just great fun.. And yes, we were so impressed we had an event at the banquet facitity too where we invited friends to participate in a wine tasting with food provided by Cork & Brew (yummy). 4 wines were tasted and everyone went home with a wine glass and custom labeled bottle of their own choosing from what was sampled. Thank you Kristin & TJ......we'll be back!!!

Cork & Brew is marvelous! I have never experience anything like it. If you are a beer and wine lover, you won’t be disappointed with your visit to the shop. It makes for a great weekend get together or if you have a day off – what better way to spend it making wine or beer. In my last trip to Cork & Brew, a friend and I decided to split a batch of the Blackberry Malbec. I had never heard of this combination in a Malbec and was eager to try it. I was not disappointed with the promising taste the title had to offer. My friend and I had a blast joining efforts in conjuring up the batch and splitting it helped make the fun activity affordable (although the prices really aren’t bad for what you get). I really enjoy the atmosphere Cork & Brew has to offer and find it tasteful how involved the owners are in the whole process. Not to mention the stores mascot, the owner’s awesome dog Maverick. You can’t go wrong with a trip to Cork & Brew. I can’t wait to go back!
