Moved le personal site to S3/CloudFront. It's all static files now, so running MySQL is not necessary any more. This "staticness" means a lot less hassle and perhaps -90% page load times (the previous setup, i.e. MySQL/PHP/WordPress/WP Super Cache/CloudFlare, really was super-slow).

* site has "www." prefix/subdomain (at least until Route 53 adds support for CloudFront as Alias Target)
* HTTPS is not possible (yet, perhaps never)
* more complicated post authoring (edit XML file; rebuild whole site; deploy)
* commenting is not possible (not really a concern)
* CloudFront delays site updates by a maximum of one hour (not really a concern either)
* no Gzip compression (at least not easily)
