Food is the essence of life. At a hackathon, it is literally the thing keeping hackers (and people in general) alive for the weekend. The food you provide at your hackathon can make or break a hacker’s experience at your event. People will remember that you had great local food, but people might also remember that you only served pizza and bagels. This workshop will teach you how to properly feed your attendees to make the best event possible.

Jade Yee, Ops Specialist at MLH and dubbed "the Queen of Snacks and Hacks" at HackRU, will show you what you need to feed those hackers!

If you found these helpful, then join us for Hackcon 4 (http://hackcon.io/), where you can meet fellow organizers and learn even more about these topics!

"When's food coming? What time are hacks due? How long is the expo?" Everyone wants to know your event's schedule, however creating an accurate schedule can be one of the most surprisingly difficult parts of an event.

In these office hours, Nick Quinlan, Senior Partner and Commissioner Emeritus of Major League Hacking, will help you create the best schedule possible. Nick will share common timings, frequent problems and tools of the trade in order to make the best event schedule possible.

At the end, Nick will review attendee's event schedules and provide feedback.
