If I were to guess, I'd go with the kids clothes over the hair styles because the pix look like they are not taken in a city. Women's hair styles change more slowly outside of urban areas. Kids, on the other hand, need new clothes every year because they are constantly growing.

As one who actually remembers when the Polaroid first came out (no snickers, please), there was a wonderful thing about them that was so new, so different, so revolutionary that we were in awe. Namely, we could take the picture, see it right away (within minutes rather than days) and RETAKE the photo if we didn't like it. Really? Retake a bad photo and make it a good one? Previously unheard of because by the time the film was developed, the event, moment, whatever was long over. Only drawback was the expense of the film.

I have two Polaroid SX-70 cameras. These shots are from the Model 2 in white and tan. It's a very pretty camera and is probably the one of these that I will keep. I took it to a softball game in May and here are some results...
