We are driving home from a weekend at Nemacolin and had to comment on what an amazing job the staff at this resort does. Every person who passes you throughout the facility greets you with a smile and a sincere "hello". On a weekend where nearly 2 feet of snow got dumped on them, the short handed staff worked tirelessly to clear the snow from the walkways and roads so shuttles and cars can safely transport guests. Some of the staff got snowed in while others were unable to report for work. The hard work and dedication from the staff is very apreciated. Thank you Nemacolin for hiring great people!

My stay at the Nemacolin Woodland Resorts was nothing short of exceptional. While the establishment and the grounds it maintains were stunning, it all came together with being in the middle of the change in leaves for some beautiful views of nature. The resort provided great access to the local must sees like Ohiopyle and the Fallingwater. The service was amazing from the second you got to the front door to the moment you stepped out on the way home. The room was extremely comfortable. The dinner and especially the service at Aqueous made me want to come back for more. Can't wait until next time, I thank the staff for a great stay.

Though a challenge to get to, the resort is very well kept and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. The self parking isn't ideal. Because of its distance to the Lodge it makes transporting items to and from your vehicle a challenge. The resort offers a variety of things to do, which appeals to adults and kids alike. There are plenty of dining options on the property and they serve very late. The biggest disappointment is actually the casino. The ventilation in the casino is extremely poor. The smell of smoke almost makes being there unbearable. We left smelling of smoke on our clothes and our hair. Further, the selection of slots and table games is very poor. The casino was surprising and disappointing given the quality of the resort.

Room, service and the staff were amazing. But I do have to say the over night crew were not the best, stood at the front desk for 10min before someone noticed me (i could see the staff on the computer). The Tavern was to be opened until 2 and my husband and I thought we could get a late snack but I guess at 12midnight they decided to close early and no food was available, for a 4star resort you should have food available at anytime. Did like the fact we had to go hungary for 7+ hours, no one should ever feel that way when you are spending so much to stay with them.

The resort (we stayed at The Lodge) and grounds were pristine and all the staff were incredibly kind and helpful- I've never been anywhere so fancy. I wish we'd had more time to sample the fabulous amenities, which were plentiful and exciting. We had an amazing dinner at Aqueous and received a free bottle of wine in our room for my boyfriend's birthday, which was such a lovely touch. We went on a discounted package that gave us the room for free if we purchased $200 in resort credit, which we used on our meals. I will say that if I were paying full price, I would have been frustrated with the high prices at dinner/amenities and some hidden fees. I'm a teacher--it's a little over my budget! But for the deal we got, it was nothing short of extraordinary. I'd love to go back if they continue to have such great packages in the off-season or during the week.

My third time at Nemacolin. Arrived to a room set at 85 degrees. It was like a sauna. Engineering came later and entered the room with a DND sign out. Nice gesture on the $100 credit, but that wasn't all the "fun". The former sommelier at Lautrec (Holly Smith) left and the new one (Thierry) is unwelcoming and fails to keep up with your wine service. Food was a "B". Then, the computer systems were down...for more than a day. Bar tab had to be written up by hand and signed. At check out, they couldn't settle the bill AT ALL. It was quite embarrassing as I brought a first time visitor friend with me this time.
