First off I would like to say that I am Brazilian. I grew up eating traditional Brazilian food and this is not it! Not only that but $16 for rice and beans and cube steak is rediculous. Brazilians don't even use cheap cube steak for their steak and onions. I was so disappointed. Don't be cheated on their appetizers either. I ordered the coxinhas and they were small and unseasoned $7 for that. And a small cup of fresh squeezed oj ran us $6.99. I was appalled. I live in Atlanta and the Brazilian stores and bakeries there are 100x better and so much cheaper. A large cup of fresh squeezed oj runs about $2.75, coxinhas are huge and run about $2.00 each and the rice and beans with real steak and onions runs about $7.00!!!! Oh and our sales tax isn't nearly as high. If you really want real Brazilian food that's good and isn't over priced, I suggest taking a day trip to Atlanta Ga!!!! Very disappointed and would never recommend this place to anyone.

My favorite restaurant in Little Rock. Be aware that this Brazilian cuisine is not the kind where waiters parade around the dining area with giant swords or hooks of meat. This is more traditional and down-home. The Panquecas de Frango are a must if you like chicken. The layered pie has a crust made out of crushed pecans. While I would normally roll my eyes at anyone raving about a crust, I have to rave about this one. It makes the pie. You can also try one of the seven classic cocktails of the world, the caipirinha, which is also Brazil's national drink. The Brazilian bakery next door provides wonderful baked goods for the restaurant. Definitely at the top of the list for romantic date destinations in all of Arkansas. Really, with this kind of food, they could compete well with other such places in the country. I have never been disappointed there.

I'm giving 5 stars on the Cheese Bread alone. A must get or do not bother showing up. Sat night at 7 the place was full. Service a bit slow but so is Brazilian dining.

This review is for the attached Rosalia's Family Bakery as the bakery does not seem to have a separate identity as far as Google is concerned. We took a long Sunday walk around Hillcrest today. It was mid-morning and coffee and a snack were desperately needed to kick off the walk. Luckily Rosalia's is open on Sunday! The ham and cheese Kolache was very tasty and I was lucky to get the last one. Coffee/espresso was just as good. Now that we know we can get some coffee and savory pastries before a long Sunday walk we'll be back.
