Amazing, I was going to post but now that I read Katherine Jupiter's comments below I want her to win! And then team up with her! I am already a coach doing very similar work to what she describes, mostly focused on social media but also get into business development. I am working with many of the people Katherine describes in her target audience, also nonprofits and green businesses. Katherine, I'm open to connecting with you on LinkedIn and would love to introduce you to some contacts for women's empowerment.

I am looking forward to presenting "Finding Your Social Media DNA" at the Incredible Coach Social Media & Content Marketing Summit tomorrow, Thursday, May 9th at 11:00 am Central / noon Eastern.

Join this free week long teleseminar for free and listen to all the great content available from this week.

I'm listening to a good presenter right now on Google+. Good stuff...it's motivating me to get more active here. My Social Media DNA is mostly LinkedIn, but I'm open. :)

Wise words for nonprofits. Does your mission statement have heart?

Could be. Not sure though. I guess it was worth it if I did -- those irises were gorgeous. :)

How much time do you spend on social media for your business each week? Which sites are you on and how do you spend your time on each proportionately? Do you have goals for what you will accomplish during that time?

I'd say mine is short bursts of time amounting to 30 mins in morning ... Hitting Twitter and Facebook ... 30 minutes for clients at office on all their platforms ... Then an hour in the afternoon with content creation and writing with a particular focus on linkedin, groups, g+, and email.

My husband and I have been going to Sawgrass for the past 2 years. We have eaten at Tiger Lily Local Flavors Cafe several times and have always enjoyed our meal. Our favorite stop is visiting Phoebe Plomaritus and her there family members at their Sawgrass store, From My Garden. They sell produce and farm-raised meats from their Kouts farm out of this storefront. They have been committed to sustainable farming practices since the 1960's. I have learned much from my interactions with them. We are not vegetarians, but rather "intentional meat purchasers". When I buy meat these days I try to buy it from local sources that are antibiotic-free, hormone-free, free range and grass fed. This place is my favorite. Note: days of operation are limited; it may be a good idea to call ahead to make sure they're open.

I organize Valparaiso Green Drinks and we've been hosting our events at Cornucopia for the past 2 years. The staff is always friendly and very helpful, making our group feel very welcome. I love their commitment to offering local beers and fair trade coffee and tea. The Avocado BLT on pretzel bread is my favorite. The breakfast sandwiches are also great.

Great variety of tea, whole grains, spices and much more. Worth a visit for anyone interested in healthy cooking.

They use local farm fresh eggs and other local, high quality ingredients when possible. The food is tremendous and very fresh tasting. The harvest bread rocks. Love build-your-own omelet and the Third Coast Spice Omelet is pretty awesome too.

Every time I go, I emphasize that I am ordering the "small" size. The small is huge enough! I love the Santa Fe as well as all of the savory breakfast options. Friendly staff, convenient location, generous portions, fresh tasting food. My only complaint--I wish the coffee was stronger, but I like it extremely strong.

Good vibe in this place, especially when certain staff are working. The coffee is great, the food fresh, the music interesting but not overbearing, the space expansive and relaxing.
