This post is *pinned*.

These days I mostly hang out on Mastodon.
For RPG stuff, that would be https://dice.camp/@kensanata and https://tabletop.social/@kensanata, for everything else that would be https://octodon.social/@kensanata. If you're interested, here's how I suggest you get started: https://alexschroeder.ch/wiki/2017-11-16_How_to_Mastodon

My Blog
I also keep a *blog/wiki*: https://alexschroeder.ch/ – I guess I still like the idea of running my own site.

If you want your OSR blog to be added to the OSR RPG Planet, let me know in a comment below. At first I wanted to suggest that people just go back to the original spreadsheet but it seems that I can only comment on it, not edit it, so I assume that's the same for everybody? Alternatively, send me mail, I guess: kensanata@gmail.com

https://campaignwiki.org/planet/

My plan is to extract the beginnings of an article and skip all the images so that people can quickly decide for themselves whether they want to read the rest or not.

And if you have a better idea of how to get permission of blog owners, let me know.

And there it is!
So, +Alex Schroeder being incredibly awesome, duplicated the OSR Links to Wisdom Wiki so that I could start a new one but for Sci-Fi OSR games. There's good content out there for a lot of different games (Stars Without Number, Traveller, Star Frontiers, Mothership, etc.) but the information is disparate. If you can, help fill this out with some great articles so that it's easier for GMs to run sci-fi games OSR style.

I’m looking forward to +Sean McCoy’s link collection for Old School Science Fiction Role-Playing Games...

Remember 2010, when I maintained the Old School RPG Planet with over 200 blogs? I closed it down in 2013. Now that Google+ is closing down I think I’d love to see blogs making a come back.

Perhaps I could resurrect the aggregator, but “opt-in”. Instead of adding blogs myself people would have to submit their blogs, this would automatically solve the question of permission.

What do you think?

Poetic!
What did I do on G+

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack threads on fire on the planethood of Pluto. I watched incels rage in the dark near the Gamer Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time for G+ to die.

Not sure I’ll keep using Collections for these last posts of mine, actually. Here’s a Community to talk about where to go.

I have multiple Mastodon accounts and I would love to see all on Mastodon (like Twitter, but distributed, and with a 500 character limit) or Pleroma (like Mastodon, and compatible, but with Markdown and a 5000 character limit).
Let’s all reconnect!
My main account is on octodon.social:
https://octodon.social/@kensanata
And my two gamer accounts (I can’t decide... but the tabletop.social admin is more active than the dice.camp admin, and people reported issues getting their verification email from dice.camp, and now dice.camp seems to be down, so I guess that’s all you need to know):
https://dice.camp/@kensanata (nope)
https://tabletop.social/@kensanata (yes)
And I’m trying to bring back some form of circle sharing:
https://communitywiki.org/trunk/grab/RPG
https://communitywiki.org/trunk/grab/OSR
(This last list could use some additions!)

Square maps.
Done but decided to add another twenty miles to West East North and south using a little arts and crafts magic. Done enough for this week so will move on to the next bit.
