We just had dinner there last night and it was delicious. My husband had the Bandera Burrito for the 2nd time and loved it. Gigantic and delicious. There are 3 kinds of meat and 3 kinds of sauces. I had the delicious La Fogata Enchiladas. Two cheese and onion enchiladas with delicious rice and beans, salad, and sour cream and avocado. Every time we go there we have a great meal with great service and delicious food.

A friend had given me a groupon for my Birthday. The promotion was for tequila tasting and appetizers. The restaurant was clear across town so I didn't use it right away. The groupon said "the amount paid for this voucher ($24.00) with La Fogata NEVER expires. The promotional value expires May 11, 2014." I decided to use it one Saturday after work hoping the traffic wouldn't be too bad between Vancouver and Beaverton. Traffic was thick and slow. I had called the order in ahead to take home. I finally got there to pick it up and tried to present the Groupon. The Manager behind the counter said "No the promotion had ended." I told her what the voucher said. She wasn't interested, wouldn't even look at it. I couldn't believe it, I'm 57 years old and have been in customer service for years. For all you in customer service you know what I'm talking about. I called Groupon after I left without my meal. I was right, the face value never expires, and will be reimbursed the $24.00. Because La Fogata would not honor the voucher.

I came here a lot with my friends when they had the Groupon for tequila and a few times without the Groupon. Great food, great drinks.

The food was cold, the service was extremely slow and the waitress wasn't very personable or friendly. There was only one waitress and a server working. I don't think the server spoke english, or she's just extremely unfriendly. She never greeted us or checked on us. The waitress finally asked if we would like more salsa. The waitress did apologize for it taking so long for us to get our food and she did comp my boyfriends dinner since it was cold. The only good thing was the cadillac margarita. I won't be back.

First time eating here and we loved it. The food was fantastic and lots of it, we went for lunch and ate our left overs for dinner. The service was great as well. Definitely going back!

We had a Groupon coupon for tequila tasting and appetizers. The generous amount of tequila and delicious appetizers made for a fun evening. The staff and owner were very attentive and explained the different tequila choices. I would highly recommend doing this or just going there for a great dinner.

My best friend was visiting from New York where you cannot get decent Mexican food. This totally hit the spot! Food is simple and great. I had a fajita quesadilla and it was delicious. I can't stand cilantro but their guac was not too cilantro-ey.

This is a little "hidden gem" and the only Mexican restaurant we go to any longer. Growing up in a hispanic town, I'm usually disappointed at most mexican restaurants. The traditional food is absolutely delicious. I've not had a single dinner I've been anything less than impressed with. Watch the portion size though, one can easily feed two.
