Go go gadget Verizon. Ask for Eriq. Great knowledge especially for the techie. Store was pleasant and so were the sales reps Eriq and Jennifer! I give these guys a "4" (exceeds expectations). Both had great customer service skills. Jennifer was newer, so honestly answered questions if she wasn't quite sure of the answer when I asked some detailed techie stuff. She even went and got Eriq to answer the multitude of questions I had about all of their products when she realized he would be a better fit for what info I was needing. That's an example of smart customer service! (I'm thinking of switching over to Verizon so I had a ton of questions.) It looks like the previous posts were off target, or this store has been listening and has made improvements. My current carrier's days may be numbered as I am pretty impressed with the offerings and customer service at this place. Nicely done. Nicely done indeed. :)

I am disappointed in the customer service from this Walgreens. I have attempted on multiple occasions to get something from the pharmacy and they have gotten it wrong multiple times now. One person who works the drive thru looks to be a high school student, but that wouldn't be the problem except she acts like one (no offense to high school students). She doesn't seem to know anything, and acts dumfounded when asking a simple question about a very common item found in pharmacies! This girl doesn't seem to be trained or have the knowledge to be dispersing drugs and medical items to people. I also am disappointed with their general customer service. I had to go to another Walgreens to get the information I needed and they were in disbelief that this Walgreens hadn't been able to give the correct information. This pharmacy needs an overhaul and review from corporate.

Great food! My friends and I love this place. The owners are great! We've tried numerous dishes and everything is delicious!

False advertising. Would not accept one of their own promo deals that get texted to customers! It doesn't say for online only and I often use other coupon codes I get texted from other businesses for in store or online so it isn't even the standard! Said they were having difficulties with the code and have.. me... the customer... call their tech support!?! Wasted over 20 min of my time and gas since I had to pull over to write the number down and dial it and got no where. Why in the world would you have your customers wsate their time to call technical support for you?!? Really Papa Johns. epic fail on your part! And when I called the store back to talk to the manager, did they offer any remedies? nope. another epic, fail. Good bye Papa Johns and hello Jet's Pizza. How sad that you don't utilize good customer service skills. I think I should send you a bill for my time wasted in trying to get you your technical support. Scoring: Decor...zero because I would have picked up my pizzazthis evening but never got to since you never took my order...thus a zero since I saw zero decor. Food is a zero because you didn't take my order and thus I got zero food. And well the, rest if the review deals with the service so...zero. If you'd like to pay for my wasted time Papa John's and take the coupon code TXT817 for the $ 12.99 deal and throw in the cinnamon thing with extra icing that I would have also ordered, you might be able to make up for your rudeness this evening. I charge $60/hr at 20 min=$20 bucks you owe me for my time.
