Cantina chain serving classic Tex-Mex dishes in a modest setting with a casual vibe & a bar.- Google
"Great lunch service with gluten free menu."
" called "CARLOS O'KELLYS" - don't expect authentic Mexican food."

What's not to like about this place. I've eaten at all the chain type mexican joints in Wichita and this is the absolute best. Food is always good and the selection beats the others. Service is fantastic and it's a wonderful setting.

We were very disappointed in the price and value for what we got. The service and the atmosphere was nice and child friendly. The drinks were over priced. The chips were similar to that which you can purchase from the Tostitos brand at the grocery store, definitely not homemade. The salsa was OK and "free with the chips, but you had to pay for their version of "queso" which was nothing more than a velvetta type cheese with some rotel or salsa added to it. The rice and beans that came with our meals were bland and flavorless, and our main entrees were not of typical mexican restaurant quality. We wouldn't recommend eating here and won't be returning here ourselves.

I don't know about some of the one star reviews - but here is my opinion: The service is usually very friendly - remember the waitresses make barely $2 an hour! The food is excellent - but keep in mind the place is called "CARLOS O'KELLYS" - don't expect authentic Mexican food. But it is still phenomenal. There are often drink specials - and the drinks are fairly good and not overly pricey. As for the cleanliness - it is a family restaurant - and some of you people can't keep your children (or yourselves) in check - but they keep it as clean as they possibly can! I love this place and I would HIGHLY recommend!

Skip this place and go to chipotles next door. The service is better, the food is better, and price is cheaper. It just feels "dirty" here.

In a town full of authentic Tex-Mex (and increasingly, excellent Mex-Mex) food, the idea that anybody would choose to go to dine at this faux-Mexican Velveeta palace truly boggles the mind. Shop the frozen food section of your local supermarket for equal quality at 1/5 the price. Mall culture plastic crapola; if you wear Hollister and like Nickelback (or Brad Paisley), then you will probably love this place.
