Didn't get the recharge I had hoped to get over the weekend.  Might have to go home and take a nap. #PowerHour

Nice little guide especially if you come from FaceBook to check things out on Google+
Is Your Foundation Strong, or Crumbling?

Social Networks, particularly Google+, can be immensely rewarding and valuable, both personally and professionally. They're a tool with with you can connect with and engage all kinds of other people.

But in order for those relationships to last, they have to be built on a strong foundation. In a nutshell, that means being a Good Social Citizen. The problem is, Google won't tell you what that means. Just because you've created a Google+ account, that doesn't mean you'll automatically know what you should and shouldn't do.

Today's article outlines 9 of the most common mistakes and oversights people make on Google+, and how you can avoid them. Paying close attention to these 9 principles, these social norms, will help you ensure that your time is well spent, and that you're building your profile and online presence the right way.

Check out How Not to use Google+ and let me know if you've been guilty of making any of these mistakes, or if you have any others you'd like to add!

Thanks for reading. Please share with your friends, particularly those who might need this kind of help!

Essentially my new set top box. Raspberry Pi running RaspBMC. Ok so until I get some repositories added so I can actually watch TV shows and a PVR with a couple terabytes of storage it's only good for watching some movies I have on the network. But the time will come when I cut the cable!
