In religion and also in life, we tend to get carried away by pursuits that do not make any practical difference. Buddha’s sermon of the poison arrow warns against dwelling on metaphysical aspects in religion and is a personal favorite of mine. Just reading it is very inspiring!

A splendid tribute to Stephen Hawking by NYT. What a great scientist he is! What an inspiration! I read his Brief History of Time, only to realize the limitations of my intellect! This tribute summarizes his work beautifully.
