Introduction
I'm still figuring out just who I am... I thought I knew once, but I have surprised myself a lot recently.

I do know that I love my husband more than anything, and my family means everything to me. I am extremely loyal to my friends, and would do anything and everything I could to make sure these people are taken care of. I don't know exactly what the perfect job would be for me, but it would involve animals. I don't know that I could get through life without a dog or cat to love. I'm more mature than most my age... I have strong ambitions and when I set out to do something, I'm going to do it. I also have strong beliefs and rarely let anything or anyone stand in the way of what I hold true.

I can't wait to see what this life has in store for me... The will of God will never take you where the Grace of God will not protect you.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I took my car in on a Monday to have the brakes and rotors replaced, tires rotated and balanced, and an oil change. I made the appointment a week prior, and was told it would take 2hrs. Upon arrival, the manager took my keys and said since he had been off the day before and now had to fix everyone's mistakes that day, my car would take 3hrs. I had no choice but to wait with the car. I left that day $400 lighter. The next day I heard a slight scrub when in reverse, but afterward everything seemed fine. It wasn't until Friday that my car started making an awful sound when in reverse. I called pep boys who assured me I'd be fine to wait through the weekend to bring in the car to be checked. Luckily my father-in-law took a look at it and found the lower bolt of my brake caliper was completely gone. I called pep boys back and was told they would tow my car from Cary to Fuquay and repair it Sunday. My husband arrived at the shop Sunday morning, my car was not there. It had been towed to a different location. Another 40 minute wait to get the car towed to the correct pep boys. My husband spoke to the assistant manager and asked for a refund of the amount paid for brakes. Assistant manager had to contact district manager for approval. I finally have my car back, grease all over the interior door, and we're supposed to get our refund tomorrow. I get mistakes can happen, but this was a pretty serious one that put not only my life, but the lives of my passengers (my 3yr old son and pregnant sister-in-law included) in danger. I can't believe something like this was missed.
