Ugh, I have lost my muse. What do you do to get it back?

Hey I made a quiz for the factions in my game! http://www.gotoquiz.com/what_s_your_angelic_mission

Should I swear in my RPG? It's an adult game but it's not necessary hugely but neither is it perhaps necessary to cut them out. Is it worth the effort to be PG? There's a lot of gore and adult themes so far.

The TGDA has a booth at PAX and a showbag they give out, which will include a USB. Both are fantastic opportunities to get your game into the hands of players, or promotional material for your game. Check it out on Facebook or let me know if you can't find it.

Two takeaways from GAMMACON, mostly for Canberra folk but useful to know:

Guild, the tabletop restaurant in Canberra is SUPER MAD KEEN to support the community and industry, and will be happy to host your launches and events. Contact Anita at hello@guild.house

Second, GamePlus is a co-working space for game devs and although they've started so far with computer games they are super keen to support TT game devs and do unpubs and such. They are at gameplus.com.au or contact Jarrod directly on jarrodfn@gameplus.com.au

Speaking of unpubs, we've got a Sydney unpub group going now in the city on the last Sunday of every month, and tabletop RPGs are welcome.

Here's an idea for a thing:

A competition for small RPGs. Word length doesn't matter, it just has to fit on the back of a postcard. The front of the card has Tin*Star Games on it because you know, fuck you, I'm doing all the work. The back has your game and your website. I pick three winners, maybe put some of my own games there and the extra pull is it is collectible: the challenge is to find ALL the Tin Star Post Card Games each year at PAX.

Would you enter?

Would the ladies in this group please raise their hand?

Pax Oz panel submissions are open who has ideas to speak on or ideas about what they'd like to hear?

Is anyone going or thinking of going to GammaCon in Canberra in August? They want panelists...

The showbag competition the TGDA did was good - got lots of chatter going, and some great designs. I was thinking perhaps we should do something similar. Maybe design a mini game and the winner will get some sort of promotion at PAX this year. For example, printed on the back of some Tin Star Games postcards we hand out.

Any thoughts?
