hello to all my cooking hangout friends! its me +Cristina deLeon DDM 
I would like to share to you one of my favorite vegetable recipe. Its very easy to make! Actually its my dinner!

Mixed veggie Wrap with Sweet soy garlic sauce
( Lumpiang Sariwa) Filipino dish

1 medium size sweet potato
1 medium size Chayote
1 medium size Turnip
1 large Carrots
1 large Jicama (mexican yam/turnip)
2 squares firm tofu  ( mashed )
5 cloves of garlic
1 medium size onions
1 bunch of wansuy ( chop finely)
peanut butter
soy sauce
2 heads of garlic
rice wrapper 
salt/pepper to taste

How to :
part 1

1. all veggies must be julienned, mash the tofu, slice garlic and onions.
2. in a wok, put oil then add garlic, onion saute till done then add the mashed tofu add some salt and pepper. saute for 5 minutes.
3. Then add the the veggies and add 1/2 cup of water. Stir the veggies and simmer in for 10-15 minutes.
4. When its done put it on a strainer and drained the remaining water. Then let it cool.

Part 2 ( assembling)

1. get 1 sheet of wrapper (rice/flour). Wipe some peanut butter in the middle ( peanut butter either smooth or creamy) then put the cooked veggies in the middle and wrap it like and envelope, or just roll the wrapper and seal the ends with water.

Part 3 ( Sauce )
1. In a small sauce pan, put 2 cups of water, 1/2 cup cornstarch, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup sugar. Stir until all are blended well

2. Boil the mixture in a low heat and continue stirring till it became thicker and dark.

3. When it begin to boil, add the crushed garlic and continue stirring.
the taste should be sweetened soy garlic, u can adjust the taste too if u want.

Then assemble it on a platter like on the Photo!! serve it hot!!
best for lunch and dinner!
