Such is the sweaty-palmed fetishisation of food in popular culture right now, a nice high thread count can only get you so far; but offer a menu peppered with the spoils of an onsite vegetable garden and juicy creatures that, pre-plate, grazed in the field next door and they’ll be queuing out the door faster than you can say “no reservations policy”...

For music fans not in Canada, here's what was happening this past weekend #courageforgord  
The Tragically Hip's latest album, Man Machine Poem, is likely to be their last. Recorded before Gord Downie's cancer diagnosis and produced by Broken Social Scene's Kevin Drew and Dave Hamelin, formerly of the Stills, the album takes its name from a song on the group's previous release, 2012's Now for Plan A. The set lists on the Hip's final tour have been changing for every show, but one of the most played has been Man Machine Poem closer "Mach...

National Geographic asked a global community of photographers to share their stories about climate change. Photos were submitted through Your Shot, National Geographic’s online photo community, and then editors’ selections were chosen to be in an exhibit at the Conference of the Parties 22 Climate Summit in Morocco.
