Initally I was very happy with the Customer service I recieved. Hans made my difficult upsetting situation all better. However the actual work done on my vehicle was disapointing. I had the vehicle there as a result of a break in. I recieved the car back with glass in the front and back seat. (visablely sitting on the front seat and visable on the floor). My insurance company was charged for the detailing of my car. Kleiber, took my car back the very next day to redo it, they were very apoligetic. So in the end they did the right thing, but a bit of a pain for me to have to bring it back.

I would like to start of by pointing out I HAVE NOT HAD ANY ACTUAL WORK DONE BY THIS COMPANY. My review is based on a phone call I recieved from the company. Mark called stating he was returning the maintence managers phone call. I suspected this was a cold call sales deal... so I asked specifically if it was, Mark then again told me that no he was returning the call just couldn't remember his name. I have since varified the information to be false.. My opion of this company is very poor as a result of the blatent lie. If I can't trust your word to be true how can I trust the company to provide the results they promise? BUYER BEWARE!!

Excellent little Gem of a store! Staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and caring. When I leave the shop, I have excellent quality products and valuble pet Education! Very Happy new soon to be repeat customer!

Not a great shopping experince. VERY SLOW LOTS OF WAITING TO PURCHASE. The store itslef was visably appealing So i had something to look at during my stay, no pillow or peanuts I bought a king sized Douvette and a king sized douvette cover set, they didn't fit, cover was way too big... wierd. ok so I bring it back... they possibly have the SLOWWWESSST SERVICE KNOWN TO SOUTH COMMON On initial purchase, 1 person ahead of me in line 2 items after what was almost 10 min another sales assocaite came to help out .. when I did finally get my turn the associate "helping" me spent more time talking to the other accociate, than being attentive to me her customer. I (the convo was not work related or if it was it wasn't relevant to what either of them were doing) . I truly would have like to ask the Associate more about the purchases I was making and about return policies and such... but nope, I was able to find out the sale was not final.... My time and money will be spent somewhere else... boo You guys let me down! I like to buy from Canadian companies, however good customer service is important to me. To be fair I can say one POSITIVE thing I can say about the experience was they have a great return policy. I lost my reciept I was able to get back the full $$ I paid for the items refunded back onto my debit card no gift card or store credit... yay! I would have had a hard time feeling good about any purchase I made after that point. so buy with confidence... if it sucks you can get your money back...but not your time bring a snack!
