Hi there.

I'm getting the following error in Tag Assistant: "Attribute key contains space or non-ASCII characters." I tracked down the problem to the use of double quotes for the custom param property keys. The quotation marks are generated automatically because the object is properly-formatted JSON encoded on the server. For some reason, though, it kind of looks like the Tag Assistant's param key validation function is parsing the object as a string (and probably testing against a regular expression for anything that isn't [A-Za-z0-9_]). Anyway, I'm pretty sure it's a false positive, since the params in the "Data" section looks correct. Here's a screenshot of the error: http://swedberg.us/i/google-tag-assistant-params.png

On a related note, the documentation at https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/3103357?hl=en says, "The code should use JSON format: JavaScript Object Notation, a format for transmitting structured data over a network connection." However, none of the examples on that page actually use JSON format (see http://json.org/). Instead, they use object literal notation. That's fine, of course, but it should probably be identified properly. And the Tag Assistant should accept real JSON, as well.

thanks.

In the airport, on the way to Boston for the jQuery Conference (#jqcon). Can't wait to see my scripting homies again and meet new people. If you're there and we haven't met yet, please introduce yourself to me. I'll try to do the same (although I'm kind of shy around people I don't know).

I wish the list of circles in the Stream navigation acted more like checkboxes than radio buttons. I'd love to be able to view a combined stream of more than one circle at a time (without the mess of putting people in multiple circles).

I wish there were a way to reorder the Circles in the list of Streams. Unfortunately, the ones I want to follow most are hidden within "More" because their first letter comes late in the alphabet.
