Throwback to chocolate cake and wine :)... Although healthy eating is important, you have to remember to enjoy the guilty pleasures in life and can't be good 100% of the time!

Quality beats Quantity when it comes to working out. Make sure you get the most out of every workout by using proper form and giving it your all. Workouts such as 'high intesity interval training' (hiit) are perfect for this. Message me for a sample 'hiit' exercise plan.

Don't be a gym bro be a gym pro... Remember to hit every muscle in your body (including legs) and most importantly use proper form. Don't be afraid to ask someone in the gym to check your form or better yet, get a personal trainer ;)

Although scales are a good way to take measurements, they are not the best...

Using measuring tape or taking body fat percentage is a much better and accurate way to monitor progress.

Failing that, just go on how you feel and look in the mirror... That is much more important than a number on the tape or scales.
