The hotel is nice however there was months worth of dust on anything over 5ft tall. Top of the mirror and fixtures in the bathroom, as well as lamps and art in room were covered. Just makes you wonder how well everything else is cleaned. I would not recommend staying there if you are interested in a clean room. That being said, the bar staff was very nice. Could have come by more often, but it was not that far of a walk to get another cold one.

The staff here objectify customers instead of treating them like people. Avoid at all costs unless you are equally sociopathic. These people will call the police on their customers without any warning or just cause.

We had a work event here and the catering staff was so accommodating. Ben was kind, gracious, and professional when I asked for a special meal. Thank you!

My husband and I were completely disappointed with our stay at the Hyatt Regency in Sacramento on November 1 and 2. From the beginning it was far from enjoyable. We parked in the garage on the second floor and had to wander around to find out how to get to the lobby. There were signs leading us to the lobby on the second floor. It turned out that we had to go to the elevators and as we suspected the lobby is on the first floor. We then went to the Vines restaurant for lunch. It was quite pricy, not very good, and the service was very slow as well. We tried to give it a second chance for the Sunday morning buffet, and again a very bad experience all around. Our room did not have a working clock. When we arose Sunday morning, we discovered that there was only enough coffee for one cup. We will not be back.

This place is not only adequate for a variety of people, it also excels with extraordinary service. The food is magnificent.

The food at the Vines are too pricey and not that good. They do not honor the 10% discount for being a AAA member inspite of the assurance given during resevation. Will not recommend to family and friends for now.

I love staying at this hotel when I am staying in downtown sacramento. Really nice rooms and just a classy joint all around. The pool area is awesome and great services. Close to everything. Only thing I don't like is the late check in. 3pm!!
