The Sacramento Burger Battle was founded by 2012 by local burger blogger, Rodney Blackwell, to help raise money and awareness for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America because his oldest daughter has been affected by Crohn’s disease since she was 5 years old. Clean, lots of amenities. Steakhouse restaurant easy disappointment, very expensive and our steaks were dry, chewy and bland. Service was great.

I've stayed here numerous times over the years. Absolutely love it! The location is great and easy access to the freeway. Hotel rooms are clean and very modern. My favorite is the rooftop patio. Only one negative.. They need to have a little store within the hotel to purchase toiletries, beverages, snacks and HANGOVER MEDICINE AKA ASPIRIN

Had an appointment with Jennifer Hilton to go over the venue for a future meeting. She was extremely nice and helpful. The building was beautiful and not what I expected as I walked through the doors. Very impressed.

The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly. The room was immaculate and a fridge was sent up (no cost) when we asked for one. The low rating is due to being startled awake at 0115 by an insanely effective fire alarm. Having to carry two now-frightened toddlers down eight flights of stairs (after seeing what appeared to be smoke in the hallway) and waiting in the cold while things got sorted out is not an experience that lends itself to enjoying a nice weekend in the city. The fairly brusk, if professional, check-out later that morning ended a night I do not want repeated. Do not let my experience tarnish your view of this nice hotel. Things outside of their control conspired to make my stay a poor one. A bonus from the trip: the little ones got to see fire trucks and firefighters in action.

Hyatt Regency Sacramento is in a great location, across from the Capital building. There are numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel restaurant, Dawson's, offers a nice alternative. Steaks are a must and don't forget about the chocolate souffle. Lobby bar had a good selection of bar food and drinks. Rooms are a nice size with comfortable beds. Pillows, though plenty, were too soft. Bathroom had a large walk-in shower, but water pressure could be improved. Only one sink with very limited counter space. Standard amenities in room, including coffeemaker, in-room safe, hair dryer, mini bar and snacks. TV with HDMI output. Parking $20/day with in/out privileges using your hotel key. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Well I have to say that the rooms were pretty clean and elegant. I didn't use any sort of services at the hotel though. But the part that I loved the most was the assistance, since I had forgot my wallet with my credit card and 800$ and luckily they got someone to attend me asap and luckily my wallet was still there, so overall it was a wonderful hotel.

Our room was perfect. We had a king size bed which was nice since my husband is very tall. The staff took care of all our requests. Will be back again!
