A wonderful botanical garden and one of the highlights of the University Circle area. I highly recommend checking it out around Christmas-time for the displays of all the trimmed Xmas trees and gingerbread house competition.

Beautiful indoor and outdoor gardens and areas. Right in the heart of University Circle it's a great place to spend an afternoon. Street parking is cheap and they offer discounts for military vets. You need to go see this place.

Very cool place

Very nice outdoor area with a lot of different theme areas packed into a relatively small space. I especially enjoyed seeing the inspiration gardens (which did the trick) and seeing a few redwoods among the the other trees in the forest walk area. The indoor area was also well done with two distinctly different climate areas. Staff and volunteers were professional and friendly.

I love this place in all weathers. Rainforest, butterfly house, and spring blooms are beautiful. If you want to have 2-3 hours in peace and relaxed mood, go here.

I had a very nice time. The staff and workers were very friendly and helpful, especially the senior volunteers. They offer useful information and are willing to answer any questions. We also enjoyed the food at the cafeteria overlooking the exterior gardens. It is a very cosy and welcoming place. We spent a fun day!

Wow, I was blown away by beautiful and peaceful this place is! So many different varieties of plants and trees, thoughtfully planned out, it was gorgeous. An abundance of places to sit and rest and view the surroundings, everything is well marked and the kids will love the children's gardens. SO cute and plenty of things to touch and play with. The tree house was especially nice. And that's just the outside... the indoor Madagascar and Costa Rican gardens in the glass garden were amazing - with butterflies everywhere. Visit today - you won't regret it!

Took our son to see the gardens during Winter time and had a wonderful trip seeing the displays with the butterfly's as the real treat flying around and actually landing on your finger tips! It was very cold outside and wearing a jacket inside is a mistake due to the warmth for the jungle experience. The outside gardens were open, but with Snow still on the ground, we could not see any trees, flowers or blooms. So I guess we will make another hour long trip to go experience this at a later date, as there is so much to see outside too, it will be worth it!

Beyond their beautiful blooms, vanilla marigolds bring with them a delightful fragrance and make for a great ingredient in salads and teas. You can enjoy them daily in our Wester Reserve Herb Society Herb Garden.
