Has all the qualities of a great restaurant. Tasty dishes, friendly staff, happy patrons. Open air environment with pleasing decor. I look forward to trying a few new menu items, during every visit, to avoid being in a rut. So far, I'd order everything I've had, again. They are busy, plan to wait for a table during primetime.

Delicious breakfast! I think it was Alberto's eggs--scrambled eggs with a soft cheese and herbs. Home fries were amazing. Toast made from fresh-baked bread. Amazing!

We have been to Lulu's many times and love the service, drinks and food. The Margarita's are the best that we have had anywhere in the Valley. We usually eat at the bar although we have taken parties to Lulu's and have not been disappointed. The bar snacks are usually enough for us although we had eaten the baby back ribs for dinner and been very impress with their tenderness and the way the fell off the bone. We have partaken many times. Our last visit was the first time we were disappointed. We ordered the ribs and they were tough, stringy and stuck to the ribs. Our past experiences will take us again to Lulu's but it might be some time before we venture and order the ribs. It is too inconvenient to have to return them if they came in the same condition as the last ones.

Been here several times, for lunch, brunch and dinner. Service is ALWAYS a disappointment. 15 minutes just to be greeted. Another 15 to get drinks served. The bussers and runners do the work. Servers take orders and disappear. Frankly, when your servers are in tuxedos, I expect a bit of refinement. Not here. Very average service pretending to be something special. Why is it so hard to actually put my plate in front of me with elegance, instead of the usual "who had the ...." and I claiming my meal. And you better learn to clear one course before you bring another. It is so tacky when I as the guest have to juggle plates to fit everything on the table. I love the 12 "managers" walking around with the iPads to update seating, but they can't do anything that focuses on the guests' experience. Food is very average, and nothing special. Tuna tartare tower is so cold, you know it was made days ago. Desserts are unbelievably bad, again pretending to be something special. Worst tiramisu in the desert.

Great service. Great mushroom soup and chicken skewers. Terrible entrees. My husband and I agreed that mine tasted like a TV dinner. And now I am sick and have to retaste the TV dinner. Cross contamination likely as I am sick but not extremely sick. NOT Celiac friendly.

We screwed up our reservation — 15 people arriving an hour late on a busy night. Lulu went above and beyond to accommodate us with wonderful service and excellent food.

Lulu was good. You can't go wrong here, but nothing is inspired. Nice decor.

Tired decor and food reminiscent of hospital food.
