Quick service, great staff. Food was amazing n delicious.... I got the 3 course meal for $19.99 during lunch time. I choose the mixed greens salad for my appetizer (which I thought would be a typical basic mixed salad, but was pleasantly surprised at the twist; sweet orange slices, garbanzo beans, n fresh light flavorful dressing over a bed of dark green spring leaves), the entrée, Farfalle Primavera, was everything I hoped it would be; light n fresh ingredients of vegetables, bowtie pasta coated lightly in oil, n for dessert vanilla ice cream (though they have 5 to choose from, it was hot, so I wanted something to cool me down). All n all, I can't wait to come back. Now, I know why this place is always packed at dinner. Didn't have to wait to be seated for lunch but be ready to wait for dinner n possibly breakfast, depending on the day, however, definitely worth the wait.

Delicious! We come here religiously for this magnificent lobster salad. Best entree seafood salad of all times! Great service, as well. I would recommend a booth inside to admire decor and ambiance.

Ok, there is nothing bad to say about this place... we try to go there at least once a week... except when we can't get in cuz the line is too long. They experience is fabulous and the people watching just as fun. The food is great, (ok... I always get the tower of Tuna.... so I know that is great, can't speak for the rest of the menu) Staff is super friendly... can't really go wrong here.

The interior is nice, and the waitstaff is nice and professional. But the food is mediocre at best. The tuna tartare tower was inedible- mushy and fishy. I am no sushi/sashimi noob- when i say 'fishy', i don't mean 'raw and weird'. I mean 'old and way past its prime'. The ceasar appetizer was a few thin slices of romaine with a weird cheese round, a slice of bread, some pre-shredded cheese, and a few squeezes of grey dressing. The meatloaf and chocolate cake were nothing special, but at least solid.. In short, dont go there for food. If i come back i would order a drink at the bar, enjoy the ambience, and go out to eat somewhere else.

I'll cut to the chase here.... the food varies between tasty and bland, but overall it's decent. The menu has multiple pages of items from various cuisines, but you know what they say about trying to please everyone all of the time. A local chef shared with me that they accomplish this by having a large portion of their ingredients frozen. But I'm no food critic. What makes this place special is it's big inside with a light and modern decor, and they have a sidewalk dining area right in the middle of the downtown action which makes for great people watching. I take visitors here often because the drinks are good and the vibe is positive. That's enough for most.

The food was good, but you could not feel any more undervalued as a customer. Even with a reservation we had to wait 45 minutes later than our reserved time. While our server was awesome (Salvador) he did not have enough support to really do his job. The kitchen messed up on several orders, and the girl who helped bring out the desserts could not have been more rude. She (Jessica) rolled her eyes when anyone talked to her. She also claimed that we were lying about the desserts we ordered (when in reality the kitchen had lost our ticket and two desserts were missing and another completely wrong). Luckily I only go to palm Springs a few times a year, but I definitely will never be going back to lulu's.

All start at the hostess stand, can't rember the hostess name she look hawaiin, hope i'm right, we thought we would have to wait but she sat us right away, and i thought was one of there best tables. Our servers were Jesse and Justin they were one of the best server we ever had, they were polite, fun to engage in, and were on top of everything, didn't miss a beat. Thanks for your service. We really love the food as well, a varity of items to choose from.
