After my heater went out I called Landmark Warranty who contracted Rodger to come look at it. I'm so glad they did! Not only did he fix my unit, but he also gave me an informative tutorial so I could troubleshoot it myself in the future. You can tell he's really knowledgeable, and that he cares about his customers. I'll definitely be recommending this company in the future!

Cheri was recommended to me through my agent, Alicia Dart (I've posted a review for her as well). I had done research into the process (as I was a first time home owner) prior to buying, but it was all still over my head. Cheri really helped make sense of a complicated process. During the first phone call she took the time to explain the entire process to me, and asked me some general questions about what I wanted to spend, my max mortgage payment per month, etc. I walked away from that call feeling confident about the lending process. In the time leading up to the purchase, Cheri made sure to reply promptly when my realtor needed her to crunch numbers, or when I had questions. After finding the home I wanted to buy Cheri ran everything one more time to make sure I was getting the best rate. I had a really good experience with her, and would work with her again when buying another home.

If you're looking through these reviews it's probably because you're in the market for a realtor. Stop. Now. I'm serious, stop searching. You will not find a better realtor than Alicia. When I told people earlier this year that I was seriously considering buying my first home I was inundated with loving warnings. "It'll be worth it, but be prepared to be stressed." "You'll have to look through 100 homes before you find one that you like even a little bit." "Everyone will try to talk you into a home you can't afford." "Closing time is a nightmare." None of this was true with Alicia. She listens to you...really listens to you. She won't try to upsell you, or feed you a line about a home just to close a sale. I really appreciated her honest opinion about some of the places we saw. I also appreciated that she never showed me a place that was outside of my range. Other things that stand out about her are: •Her personality- she is so likeable and immediately puts you at ease •Her ability to explain (in simple terms) the intricate process of buying a home •The way she handled the negotiated repairs with the sellers when they became difficult right before closing •She never made me feel like I needed to follow up with her-- she was "on the ball" with everything •She has connections (lender, repairs, inspection) who can be trusted •How she followed up with me well after I bought the house I wish I could give Alicia 100 stars. She's that good.
