Infographic: Will A User See My Google+ Post (new version)

Yesterday I saw this great infographic from +Jack Stepanyan.
(http://goo.gl/BCWk1). Because its outdated (incoming stream) I created a new one which even includes the possibility to post to communities.

I hope you like it. Feel free to share it and have a nice day!

This is insane!

Department of Basic Education bans Free and Open Source Software in SA Schools and mandates programming an ancient, moribund language in contradiction of government's own policy

An anthropologist proposed a game to the kids in an African tribe. He put a basket full of fruit near a tree and told the kids that who ever got there first won the sweet fruits. When he told them to run they all took each others hands and ran together, then sat together enjoying their treats. When he asked them why they had run like that as one could have had all the fruits for himself they said: ''UBUNTU, how can one of us be happy if all the other ones are sad?''
'UBUNTU' in the Xhosa culture means: 'I am because we are'.

Thanks, things like this really inspire. I hate the saying " I'm only human " . When looking for a reason when we Slip-up. This video shows what being human CAN mean

Introduction
Summary

Having grown up in apartheid south africa on a smallholding on the outskirts of johannesburg I was witness to one of the most powerful changes of our time. My father was an entrepreneur and incredibly self sufficient, it was this that inspired me to follow my own dreams. I now run my own business, enabling others to use technology in a social context.

Having spent approximately 20 years in the IT business, I decided to change focus and move into a field that still uses technology but with a more human context. Social media is the most amazing way to engage with people and to leverage this in business is key to helping your customers.

One of the fundamental questions I ask myself regularly is, ‘why’? Why do we do what we do, why are we in business, why do we like to buy, etc. I apply this thinking when working with clients to develop a technology strategy.
