1. Squat to lift and lower and do not bend at the #waist
2. Keep your low #back bowed in while bending over
3. Keep the #weight as close to you as possible
4. Never jerk or twist
5. If you must turn, turn with your feet, not your body
6. Keep the #feet apart

The #Ergonomically #Correct 7 Ways to Use Your #Smartphone

1. When #walking pay attention to your surroundings
2. To prevent #muscle strain – avoiding holding the #phone with your head
3. Use a headset and auxiliary to avoid #awkward #postures
4. Alternate between finger and #thumb use – don’t always use your thumbs
5. Keep your #wrists straight while holding and looking at the screen
6. Adjust the brightness to a level that is easy to see
7. Take #breaks – every 15 minutes for 2-3 minutes
