As a photographer, it troubles me deeply when companies think they can use my work without paying for it. Most artists aren't well paid. And like a store that has to invest in inventory before it can open its doors, artists invest time and money to produce work they hope they can later sell or license to recoup their costs. Just because the work is completed, it doesn't mean it's free. Fox should be ashamed of itself for completely ripping off a unique arrangement from an independent musician. So I'm going to help the real artist, even if it means I have to buy a copy of Baby Got Back....

It's a great year for seeing wintering bald eagles in the North Cascades in Washington state. I can think of only one year when I've seen more eagles. This is from along the Nooksack River near Deming.
