Very poor service. I went in a couple of times for information, once for my son, once for myself. The first time I was given a brochure and that was it. I was hoping for a tour, to meet a coach, to get put on a mailing list, or some more help figuring out which program was right for my son. The second time, I went in to register for a women's beginner league. I was up front that I know nothing about soccer and was interested in a fun league. The staff reassured me that the beginner league was for me. However they only signed me up for a facility membership and didn't let me register for the league. Instead they told me to just come back later when the league was starting. I had to ask what to wear and whether there were practices. I was not given the name of a coach or any information about the league, but was told to check the website for schedule information. The day before the league was supposed to start, I called and found out it had been postponed a week. The website had not been updated; the front desk person said it would "probably" be updated later that night or the next morning (the day the league was supposed to start). I couldn't make it that week, so I called the week after to find out that both women's beginner leagues were full. I was surprised, since I had gone in just to register and was told to come back and do it later. Bottom line: these guys are not organized and getting any information about a league is like pulling teeth.

The hot dishes are the best. Sandwiches are the least good item, but not bad. Overall great.

I tried to have a child seen at this facility twice. The first time, last August, my daughter hurt her arm and they couldn't see her since their x-ray machine was broken. (To their credit, the doctor did talk to us before we had to wait to find this out, and recommended we go to the North Central Baptist pediatric ER.) The second time was this morning. I brought my five-year-old in for an ear infection. We walked in shortly after they opened and waited for 30 minutes before the receptionist told us the provider had a car problem and still wasn't there. (Wouldn't they have known this before opening? Not to mention before I'd waited half an hour with a sick child.) Not sure what to do, we waited another 30 minutes before we left and went to Impact Urgent Care. I'm a fan of pediatric urgent care, but this place hasn't lived up to expectations and we won't be returning.

Never go here. Service is awful. Waited 2 hours to find out they couldn't replace my tires (which they could have told me in the first 5 minutes). Will not return.

Very friendly but not quite as prompt as I'd hoped. Took a couple hours to get my daughter's ear infection diagnosed and an antibiotic prescribed. The PA was good and knowledgeable though.

Prompt, honest service. So refreshing to find a place that replaces my tires quickly and doesn't try to sell me extra stuff.
