I rent from this location every time I fly into Sky Harbor Airport. The only other location there that would rival the Budget prices has been Sixt BUT they don't have Fastbreak. The first time I rented from them I wasn't part of Fastbreak and it took 1.5 hours to get a car. Now that I'm Fastbreak, it takes 0 minutes because I walk directly to my car. I subscribe to text messages so I get a text as soon as I land telling me what spot my car is in. It's all VERY seamless. The return is also as very easy. Pull in, they check your car, you get a receipt and your off. I would encourage you to take a short video of the car condition at return (include the receipt in the video). I received a bill one time after a return for $400 for "damage." They later figured out that an employee did it but it was a hassle going back and forth.

I didn't get to use the service and there in lies the problem. I called them the week before I needed transportation for my daughter. They had computer system issues and said they would call me back - never did. They took all my info, said my pickup and destination wouldn't be a problem but never called me back with a quote. I called them the Monday before my daughter needed service, noone picked up the phone. I call them Tuesday the day before my daughter need a ride. I get someone else that tells me that I need to be on the schedule regularly when their website clearly says "We also offer single or occasional rides if you only need our transportation services every now and then." Either way I would have needed the services for at least 3 weeks maybe longer if they did a good job. The woman took down all my information and said she had to get it approved by Tonya who would be coming in within the hour. 3 hours later, I don't get a call back so I call them...the owner still isn't in they'll call me back. 2 more hours later nothing so I call them again. By now it's almost 4pm ET and I need to schedule something BADLY. Now the person I speak to tells me I would have had to be on the schedule since Monday, I can't get put on the schedule now - WTF!!!!!!!!!!!! I start to spaz since I was calling since BEFORE Monday. She puts me on hold and comes back to tell me she doesn't have a driver that drives that route. Excuse me, you say you serve Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York and you can't find someone to drive a child 12 miles???
