Today, Google+ just launched brand pages for businesses!

This has me thinking back, to the day Google+ launched (and before I used it), I immediately thought, "there's no unique URL?" It's called called Google+?! You can't have a + in a URL! How are you going to create a distinct brand out of that, like they did with Gmail?" In short, I thought Google had made a mistake. This Fast Company article has a short interview with Robert Wong, the Executive Creative Director of Google Creative Labs. In it, he says that everyone knows that Google's mission is "to organize the world's information" but with Google+ changes that "and puts you in the middle of it.. everything changes when your in the middle of that information... " with today's launch of pages for brands and businesses, you can see how this is evolving.
