Basic Information
For my car insurance coverage. The Hartford ranks at the top of my list for no customer loyalty and complete dissatisfaction! They have a very nice upfront manner, however when you really need them, they are NOT there for you. If the Hartford feels that your claim is done, they will no longer return your phone calls or assist you to get any outstanding problems resolved. I have been left BY THEM in a situation that I have to fight to get my own reimbursement (that they promised me they would get for me) and now, instead of keeping their promise, they just don't return my phone calls. I have been sent to 3 different "supervisors" NONE of which have ever returned my phone calls. This is a horrible company to deal with now. and they had the nerve to send me a policy to buy for another year of coverage! You can forget that! I am going back to Statefarm, they might be more expensive, but they have NEVER treated me like my needs weren't their priority!
