I was reading this http://www.dailyrandomfacts.com/index.php/facts/how-to-get-that-extra-2-inches/ and thought "Wouldn't that be great for the elderly and other people with compressed spine issues?" But then you have to take into account the forces involved in getting to the moon, the decreasing bone density and the work you would have to do to strengthen muscles to support you again, it's not really a great idea. However, if you did it in a zero-g room on Earth....

I think it's better to stick with water aerobics.
