Mohammad Nurun Nabi is 67 years old man from Bangladesh. He was a Diabetic Nephropathy patient. His blood sugar level increased for 20 years, and his creatinine level increased for 5 years. When he was just hospitalized, his blood pressure was as high as 150-170/90-100mmHg, serum creatinine level was 383μmol/L, glucose in urine was 3+，urine protein was 2+. NPH in the morning was 30u. In the evening, it was 20. His FBG was controlled into 6-8mmol/L. He seldom sweats. After a period of treatment, all these indicators got great improvement. His creatinine was lowered to 199.39umol/L. His blood pressure came down. And he even stopped the use of insulin.
