I have been dancing 5 Rhythms for about six years and it gives me great pleasure to be able to bring this form of Mindful Moving Meditation for the first time to Swindon, in October. I love it because there are no steps to lean and you discover how you can be yourself and find bliss, despite the chaotic world we live in.

I shared my wares with the Swindon Ladies Who Latte group this morning, especially my products to help with sleep such as my relaxation CDs and orthopaedic pillows and some products for better posture without the need to go to the gym.

The follow on programme from 'The truth about stress' is called 'the truth about sleep' and in my 20 steps to beat stress, sleep is the first step to tackle, as without good sleep it is impossible to deal with stress. So it would be helpful to watch this one too.

Step 9: at the end of the day, stop and reflect on what went well. The forcast was heavy showers throughout the day. Visiting Hull we missed them all. Had a very intersting visit of the free street life museum. Learned about bogies and quadricycles among other forms of transport.
