Worldwide famous teacher and cookbook author Leticia Moreinos Schwartz has built a career on the passion for her native Brazilian cuisine.
Chef Leticia was as a featured guest on Sara’s Weeknight Meals (PBS, episode 307), and has appeared on several TV shows including The Today Show (NBC), The Couch (CBS), Martha Stewart Living, Better TV, Great Day San Antonio (CBS), and Eyewitness News (ABC) , just to name a few. Her work has been featured at web and print media outlets such as The New York Times, Fine Cooking Magazine, Saveur, The Washington Post, TheDailyMeal, FoodRebuplic, and CTBites.

Chef Leticia has partnered with Merck, a global leader in diabetes care, as the spokesperson for DesafiandolaDiabetes campaign, with interviews in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. Among her tasks, Leticia also provides traditional Latin recipes that are diabetic-friendly for the campaign.
