Trio is in my list of "Top 5" favorite brunches in town. Brunch features a carving station, made-to-order omelets, traditional breakfast items (my favorites were the cream cheese strawberry blintzes, dollar sized blueberry and pecan pancakes, and the apple wood smoked bacon), a seafood table, a "chilled" table (containing cold cuts, cheeses, marinated and pickled items, salads and veggies), and a variety of petite pastry chef created desserts. The seafood table is where I head for seconds: shrimp, assorted sushi and the most gorgeous California rolls, smoked salmon and trout, ceviche cocktails, green lipped mussels, plump shrimp and crab claws. In addition to all this the mimosas are free-flowing mimosas and the coffee tastes good.

We came here for their per-theater dinner and it was fabulous. We were late to our reservation, but our waitress didn't fuss. She was so accommodating as to speed up the service process so we wouldn't miss the first act. We had a light appetizer, steak strip with fixing, and a chocolate cake. The whole experience was wonderful. I highly recommend coming here for dinner, especially if you have a first act to catch.

I had great meals over the years, however the salmon sliders in the bar area is the best food item on the menu. The happy hour has some good items and drink special, a good way to try a few of their dishes. They run specials all the time, I would wait for one of them if you decide to do dinner.

You might question paying $54 for brunch, but you'd be making a big mistake. The bottomless mimosas are the bomb made fresh right at your table which I've never experienced before and it made a big impression on us. The service was phenomenal as my drink glass, water glass, nor my coffee were ever empty the entire 2 hours we were there. The brunch selection of pastries and other carbs complimented the savory selections if rib eye, sushi, and seafood well. Even the chicken and waffles was better than I'd had before. Well worth the money. We'll definitively be back.

Come here if want to celebrate a promotion, anniversary, birthday's or anything special.. This is the Four Seasons and you can never go wrong with the FS. The food is always amazing and the service is always top notch. This is the place to be and don't forget the desserts.

Happy hour!! Starts at 5:00, $5 off bar food, 1/2 off wines, beers, and cocktails. Drinks - The favorites were the Trio Cocktail and Chef's Garden. If you like sweet and sparkly, go with the Trio. If you're feeling spicy, go with the Chef's Garden. All drinks were so colorful and garnished pretty. Everybody was pleased with their drink choices so you can't go wrong. Appetizers - Rosemary steak fries were the best! They're the thicker fries with more potato in them. Comes with a truffle aioli. Crispy brussels sprouts were good but not my favorite. The tuna tostada I wouldn't order again. The tuna was soggy. Since the restaurant backs up to the lake, go for a walk afterwards and wait for the bats to come out!

Love love love this restaurant. It never disappoints from Sunday brunch to an evening of fine dining - the food and service are just superb. I always look forward to dining there with my best friend when she visits.

They hold 20% over your total billed amount, even when they have already added in 18% gratuity (they should warn their clients of this practice). Manager just makes excuses about their bank. Asparagus was plain; Steak was medium rare when we requested medium well; rice was plain; the sausage stuffed pork is overcooked (it appears they stuff it with raw sausage which requires a long cooking time and thus completely overcooks the pork chop).
