We have bought many many cars from this dealership and we keep coming back because of the professionalism and friendliness of their staff and the quality of the cars. Our sales rep Dan Medford makes doing business a pleasant experience instead of an anxiety filled one like car buying can be. Go to Taylor Ford and ask for Dan Medford... you can't go wrong!

I have purchased multiple vehicles from Taylor Ford over the years and more specifically from Dean Howell and Dan Medford. They are the best folks to work with. I recently had a service issue with my Explorer. One call and Dean and Dan took care of the problem. The Service Department was great and fixed the issue with in a timely manner. I cannot say enough about how well you are treated by this team. They also know that because of that excellent service, I will be back when its time for a new car. Now, I even drive from TN to deal with friends rather than folks who really just don't care about their customers. Dean Howell, Dan Medford and the whole team are the best!!!

Wow!! What an amazing team. We truly appreciate the time and effort that Chris B. spent finding us just the right vehicle. We have been looking for a used Jeep for several months and Taylor Ford came through for us! It is beautiful and in like new condition. We are so blessed and thankful for the team at Taylor Ford.

I purchased my 2012 Focus as a new car from Taylor Ford 2 years ago. I was treated fairly and they were up-front with disclosing the costs associated with purchasing this vehicle. In past dealings with another dealership in Asheville, they tried to hide a $500 paperwork processing fee. Taylor Ford did not charge for this service, which I closed the deal for me. Since I have owned my Focus, I have taken it to their service department for maintenance. I am extremely satisfied with the service I receive at Taylor Ford. I recommend Taylor Ford to all my friends and when it comes time for me to purchase another vehicle, I will purchase it from this dealership.

Travis Singleton in the Service Department and all colleagues that we worked with at Taylor Ford were kind, respectful, and considerate, demonstrating technical and project management skills that were remarkable and greatly appreciated. The Team at Taylor Ford ensured that I was kept informed on the progress of vehicle repairs (Project Management by Travis), that any technical attributes were thoroughly explained (Technical expertise by Jim a Master Mechanic in my opinion), that a courteous and considerate driver (i.e. Max) was available to take me to/from the Service Department as needed (on a back-country road not for the faint of heart), that others in the Service area greeted me with enthusiasm and a smile (thank you Ricky), that a Service Manager (i.e. Dominic) followed-up/ met my mother at her house, and that safe transportation was available at the end of each day - so that I could care for my 81 year old mother while her Mercury Mariner was being repaired. My deepest appreciation and gratitude to the Team at Taylor Ford!! Thank you for being professional, providing excellent customer service, supporting a positive work environment and ensuring that my mother's vehicle is safe, in order to continue her 'golden year' adventures with confidence, comfort and great joy!

My husband and I purchased a certified used 2013 Ford Fusion today at Taylor Ford from Stacey Howell. My husband remarked that it was the most pleasant experience he ever had purchasing a car. Stacey was wonderful and spent a lot of time with us over the last week. It was more like having assistance buying a car rather than being pressured. This is truly a hometown dealer. They let us drive two different vehicles over night to help us make a confident choice about which car was right for our family. The finance manager worked some miracles, as well. My late father traded many times over the years at Taylor Ford and I think he would have been proud to see the service that they provided to my husband and I today. They have earned another generation of business. Well done.

I have been taking my 2013 Ford Escape to Taylor Ford for almost a year, for all of its service needs. I just had my 30,000 mile checkup done there; which is a major service job. They changed all the fluids and according to the maintenance notes, must have checked everything on the vehicle. I can actually tell a difference in the way it runs and the firmness of the brakes; all better. I have found that the personnel there are always courteous, friendly and accommodating. They keep appointments and do what they say they are going to do. With the cost of vehicle maintenance going up steadily, and cars getting more and more complicated, it is really good to have a dealer that is honorable and thorough. At Taylor Ford, they work hard to make sure you get quality service and always with a smile.
