This sounds like some thing YouTube would do check it out.
The only way youtube will listen to it's content creators is if they left and went to a NEW place to make videos! In 2012 my youtube show was "click bombed", which mean no more ads. I tried to get sponsors. That didn't work so I'm moving the old episodes of my show (that were on youtube) to Blip.TV. Yes, I know Blip is no where NEAR as popular as youtube. But if a lot of people followed my lead and went somewhere else, you can be damn sure youtube would make the changes necessary to bring people back. I'm just 1 person. Imagine if there were 10,000 or 50,000 like me! That's a lot of ads on videos...gone!
