Our favorite alternative to cows milk: made from cashews! It's yummy and easy to make!!

For homemade cashew milk, free of emulsifiers and cane sugar commonly found in commercial nut milks, combine in a blender:

½ c. raw cashews
3 c. filtered water
1 T. real maple syrup
¼ tsp. vanilla powder
pinch of sea salt
