My office placed a group delivery order at 10:00 am and the order confirmation stated it would be delivered at 11:30 am. I called the store at 11:40 am and was told that the driver had already left and was on his way. Our order did not arrive until 12:15 pm - 45 minutes after the estimated delivery time and 2 hours 15 minutes after the order was placed. According to Google Maps, Jason's Deli is only 9 miles from our office and the drive should have taken a maximum of 20 minutes if the driver took only back roads instead of the highway and hit every single red light on his way. Not only was our order significantly delayed, but the food quality was sub-par. I personally ordered the light portion taco salad with chicken chili. The chili was room temperature(food safety issue) and my salad was 75% chips 15% cheese and only about 10% lettuce. Two of the fruit cups we ordered popped open and spilled all over the bottom of the bag and other people's orders that should have been served hot were, at best, lukewarm. Our order total was over $50, mine was $20 (including tip). For a $20 lunch, I honestly expected more. This was the first, and last time I order from/eat at Jason's Deli on Metcalf.

So sorry to see the poor reviews but they seem to have made a difference. Today at lunch I had the toasted Yankee and tomato basil soup. Very busy but not a long wait at all. New restroom decore was super clean as was the restaurant. Even the soft serve icecream wasn't watered down. Give them another try.

I love Jason's deli...but this location is beyond awful. I keep trying to give them another chance, but each time, they disappoint me. Today, I was in a big hurry, so I called my order in. They told me it would be ready in no more than 10 minutes. I got there in 15, just to make sure it was ready and they hadn't even started to make my food. After another 15 minutes, they asked my name again. When I finally got my food, they changed the items from the menu (2nd time this has happened) with no mentioned of the change. I'm officially done giving this location more chances. The last time, I brought my complaint to the manager, who did nothing to fix the issue. Very disappointed in how they treat their customers.

I like Jason's OK. Either their food is very good, or very bad. There is really no in between in food. The staff is very helpful, they honestly tell you what they think about the food, not just "That's good." Ask them What they get, and you can have a good meal.

If i could give 0 stars I would. We ordered catering at 9am for 11am- 1130 time window. Driver didn’t show up till almost 12:30. The manager Tim was extremely rude and didn’t want to discuss the problem anymore when we called. I will never order or even go into that business anymore. Way to lose an office of 300 people. Also the driver that showed up was impaired great way to run a business

I ate there today and it was disappointing. The place was terrible dirty. They floor was littered with food and trash. I asked the manager on arrival if the vacuum cleaner was broken. They were not busy either.....and no one bothered to start cleaning.

I've had a good experience there in the past, but tonight when I entered the place around 6:30 it was a total mess. The floor was just filthy, it was like it hadn't been swept for a couple days. The table we sat at was sticky on top and sides, even after we wiped it down with a baby wipe. Then I started to notice the smears on the wall and chrome and salad bar. I didn't want to peek in the kitchen where the staff seemed to be moving slowly. It was enough for me to walk my family out the door and find another place for dinner. Sorry guys.
