These guys are the worst of both worlds. They're both crooked and inept. I bought a package deal for 3 oil changes but they only honored the first oil change. They said they changed management and that the new owner would not honor the remaining oil changes. I had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube afterwards and they told me whoever replaced the oil before actually overfilled it. I'm typically pretty easy to please but this place couldn't do worse if they tried. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I love this place. When I started, I knew NOTHING about cars. I have used this place several times, and time and time again it never fails to amaze me. The "rent-a-mechanic" service is priceless and the "do-it-yourself" mentality is spectacular. No they did not pay me, I simply love their service. The confidence that I will NEVER be ripped off again by some GETTO mechanic is priceless. They can "hook you up" with almost anything your car needs, and save you a bundle. I will never ever EVER take my car to a mechanic again.

This place if fantastic, my wife and I have been repairing our car here for the past year and a half with no prior knowledge of automotive repair whatsoever. We have learned an enormous amount since starting here and saved thousands of dollars. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, always willing to answer questions and have been unbelievably fair in pricing. If you have wanted to learn more about and service your own car but have been too hesitant to start on your own, this is the place to go.

I went to a Firestone Car Care Center to get an estimate to replace my leaking oil pan gasket. They told me 3.5 hours at $95 an hour. I took it to The Wrench-It Center and they quoted me 2 hours at $49 an hour. It doesn't take rocket scientist to come to the right conclusion there. I had These guys do it while I sat in the lobby. An hour and 50 minutes later my car was done. I saved hundreds of dollars. Needless to say I will NEVER take my car anywhere else, and pay too much, again.

The first time I went with a Google Offer I purchased. they tried to charge me a variety of items. After some debate and having a printed copy of my 'Google Offer' coupon, the gave in and removed the extra charges. When I went in the second time for 3 oil changes, they tried to charge me for an oil filter since they did not have one in stock, and had to order one and have it delivered. I have a chevy van. Standard/stock filter. Again, they tried to add several charges, and after debate AGAIN, they did remove the oil filter charge but left on some other charges. I was so frustrated with their deceptive tactics, I paid and left. I will still go back for the third oil change since I have paid for it, but I will take in a copy of my original 'Google Offer' coupon and not pay for all the extra charges they have tried to charge me for during the first and second time. I would avoid this business at all costs - unless you have money to burn

i have been coming here for well over a year they always answer my questions and help me. i have tried at home mechanics many times and end up back and forth at the parts house several times, looking for the solution. i come here and the job gets done fast and right and they will even look at the finished job and tell me if they see anything wrong with it. it like being in shop class at high school. I LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE PEOPLE THERE.

I love the concept and execution of this place. A great set of guys who are willing to help out no matter how random the problem you have. I enjoy working on my own cars but don't have all of the tools or space yet. This solves the problem. Additionally, they have a great alignment service willing to do more custom alignment settings. Thanks!

Had an unfortunate experience with them. I purchased a "$220 groupon for $100" for a set of tires from them a few months ago, excited to replace my wife's old tires. When I arrived and was handed an invoice, I was shocked to see that the total bill was over $600 for the most basic tire package they had available. They were charging me a fair price for the tires (I didn't expect it to be the lowest price out there with the groupon), but also charged me $160 for the mounting, balancing, disposal of the old tire, service warranty, and "labor". After calling a couple other places and finding out that the average cost of these services was about $20 (another $30 for the service warranty, which I understand if they force you to purchase this as the "package deal"), I double checked with the salesperson, who confirmed that $20 was all they normally charged as well. So, he called the manager up, who to say the least was a bit of a jerk. I don't know if it was just a bad day, but he basically told me to go somewhere else if I didn't like the charges because "tires aren't free" (oh, really?). All in all, I paid the same I would have paid at any other place (with fine service and decent tires), but will probably never return due to the bitter taste they left me.
