Unfortunately, I have to revise my review here. I loved Simply Kids Dental when I first began bringing my boys nearly 4 years ago. In fact, I drove almost 2 hrs, religiously, every 6 months bc I felt the office was kid friendly and the dentist used techniques that helped relax my anxious son (sedation, movies on the ceiling, etc) however, I became discouraged when every single visit, my son had another cavity, needed crowns, filings, spacers. Dr Sean applied sealants and fluoride treatments every 6 months so, I never understood why these preventive measures did not work. The last few times we came in, I felt Dr Sean was so overbooked, he had no time to explain anything. I had questions and he was half way out the door, talking to me. Just rushed and impersonal. He said my son broke his filling that was done 4 months prior but, after getting a 2nd opinion, it looks like the cavity wasn't cleaned out enough to begin with and it grew underneath the filling. I feel that the office over books their patients and rushes each kid through. I also think, if you have Medicaid, you need to question the work being done. My gut feeling tells me that Dr Sean is doing some unnecessary work and billing Medicaid and since these parents aren't paying out of pocket, they're not questing it. Needless to say, we won't be going back to Simply Kids...

My husband and I went out on a date and ate at the SouthPark Steak house. It was absolutely delicious! I got the shrimp & salmon lemon crème pasta... it was probably the best meal I've ever eaten! My husband got the rib eye and said it was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was fun & relaxed. The service was great! It was a great experience from start to finish!

Let me start by saying, I was not expecting to love this place. My husband got me a groupon gift card for a message and cut/color and when I got to the salon I thought he must have forgotten who he married. Not that I don't appreciate the eclectic vibe of this salon, it's just that my style is very au natural! I had the feeling I'd be leaving w/ purple highlights or something crazy. Yes, I learned my lesson about assumptions!! I started my day w/ a message & facial by Jenny. She gave me so much information on skin care, etc, etc.! I felt like I learned a TON from her and really appreciated the time she spent w/ me. Then I went to Abby for a partial highlight. She painted the color on (don't know the name of that technique but, it was AWESOME!) She really went above and beyond and totally got the look I was going for!! She gave me the best hair cut I think I've ever gotten and even fixed my botched bangs I had cut myself. I will drive the 2 hours it takes to get down to Denver to come back to this salon! PS. if you have a groupon and you're getting a killer deal, be sure to bring extra cash w/ you. These girls work hard and deserve a generous tip!
