Seems to be lots of people who have circled me but are unfamiliar with LotFP.

LotFP adventures are sometimes familiar-looking dungeon crawls, sometimes not. What they definitely are not, however, are "play 'em and move on" affairs.

LotFP adventures are designed to sink their claws into your campaign and bring lasting effects to it. They're not self-contained. They don't wrap up neatly, you don't "finish" it before moving on to the next adventure. You can't anticipate exactly how the adventure will change your campaign, but you know it will.

Effectively, the intention is that even long after you've finished the module and have moved on to other things, you're still playing the adventure.
