I absolutely love this hotel establishment...Its worth the price especially since it's a historic hotel right off Hollywood blvd. Hotel service was wonderful the bed mattress was beyond comfortable whew talk about a good nights sleep. The pool area is simply amazing....I love this hotel and would certainly be back...

This place is truly a five star hotel! I've come for the epic thanksgiving buffet, and let me tell you, it's worth every penny! Overall this place has wonderful service, great ambiance, and quality that cannot be matched. If you are in need of a quick ride if suggest using uber to get to and from the local attractions. Use my Uber code, wciuf, and get $20 off your first Uber ride. Redeem it at And if you're in need of laundry I love this app called warshio, they come and pick up everything! Use my Washio code, JALAN292, and get $10 off your first dry cleaning & laundry delivery order. Redeem at I love saving money and time without sacrificing quality!

In the 80"s when i played in heavy metal bands and top-40&New wave KROQ bands we played there at the roosevelt now where the bands use to play ,is now a very elegant restraunt we were booked there by Rick Sommers who was judy garlands agent and at the hotel the M,C was Skip lowe who is a icon in hollywood hell he's probably still there he's the glue that keeps hollywood together! Im sorry to say the rick Sommers is no longer with us he was a good friend and the most diverse agent I've ever known! Think about it he was judy garlands then promoting heavy metal?the heavy metal clubs didnt know what to think of this guy!! I know I still think the world of him and it was an honor to have him represent us that took BALLS and that to me is REAL ROCK `N`ROLL it inspired us to NEW LEVELS THANKYOU RICKY

Wow - this place was fun. I would not have expected it based on seeing the hotel from the street, but luckily I got a recommendation from a friend who really knows his way around Hollywood. Let me just run it down: 1. Beautiful pool with pool parties on Saturdays 2. Nice room, with a great bathroom and a view of Hollywood Blvd. 3. 3 bars and a club in the hotel. 4. Late night burgers. 5. Big open lobby with a late-night social scene. 6. Unbeatable location directly across the street from the famous Chinese Theater on the Walk of Fame. Great for young couples or singles looking for a central location - not very family friendly.

This hotel is all about old time Hollywood. You almost expect Marilyn Monroe to appear around the next corner. The dark lit lobby, restaurants and bars ooze with old world charm. I loved staying here. The location is absolutely central Hollywood - close to everything. Our room was large and clean and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. If ever I am in Hollywood again, this is where I'll be.

Watch out for the reservation process. I was quoted one rate online, then when I went to confirm it, the confirmation came back with a higher rate. When I called to see how we could address it, the response I got was "I'm very sorry. The promotion must have changed and there isn't anything I can do about it" From the perspective of a frequent business traveler who had stayed in this boutique hotel chain with no rewards program many times in the past, this cold response was unacceptable. I expect that from the big chains, but not from a boutique chain. Its worth noting that the hotel itself is very nice for a historic property.
