Hand Sliced Angus Beef Brisket. We smoke fresh whole packer Angus Beef Briskets.  They smoke for 11-12 hours in Hickory, then get wrapped and put back in for another 10 hours.  We hand slice it and separate the Flat and Point.  This is a party tray for a guest who is getting ready for some "Pre-season Tailgating" #nfl   #bbq   #charlotte   #southern   #smoker   #brisket   #beef   #realfood   #nomicrowaves

Here is a nice shot of our Pork BBQ.  We think we have the freshest Barbecue In Town and this is why: We smoke our butts, keep them hot and pull them One at a Time.  Let us know what you think, we love to smoke meats!

I rarely write reviews but I found this restaurant to be so such a disappointing experience that I had to share. I visited them for the first time ever at 6pm on a Friday. I should have known things were not good when they told me they were out of ribs and beef by 6pm. I figured things happen so I thought I would give them a chance. The food was terrible. The two young men working working seemed completely apathetic and appeared to care less whether I bought something or not. What was worse is the place is filthy. The tables were all dirty, the floors were sticky and the counters looked like they had not been wiped down in weeks. I will certainly never go back again.

Loved the chicken! Meat was smoked and very tender. Sides were good but didn't have the homemade taste i was hoping for. Cashier didn't seem to know much about what they had (sold us and another couple something that was sold out already). The place was plain looking but very adequate. Overall it was worth my money.

Food is good if you cover it with one of their suaces. Atmosphere is bad for the cost and frankly its a little over priced. I go to sticky fingers instead and a get a slab for half the cost.

They really do rely on sauces for flavor, which at first seemed a downside, but now that I've tried it a few times it seems to work out very well.

As a truck driver. I had tasted good bbq in different states. But as a nc native. This food is horrible. Never again

I love barbecue but when I went there I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and organization. I spoke with the employee and told him why I would'nt dine there, he was perfectly fine with it,9. that was very disheartening to me.

This is one of our favorite local (non-chain) restaurants. We really enjoy the bbq, the service is on par with the restaurant and price, and they really cater to our kids (which is important to us!). They are sure to bring our kids' food out as soon as it is ready, and they have toys for the kids to play with while waiting. Another bonus is that kids eat for $2 with the purchase of a platter, which is a great deal! My daughter's favorite is the pork sliders with mac and cheese as her side. Its also important to know that the chicken fingers are Real chicken, not processed like many other restaurants! My husband LOVES their brisket, while my favorite is the pulled pork. The selection of sauces are wonderful--I can't decide if my favorite is the sweet sauce or the thick sauce. Maybe next time I will mix them together! Their portions are big, and almost always ensure that we have leftovers, which reheat amazingly well, and are delicious for lunch the next day! Glad to have discovered this local gem--we are here a few times a month (which is a lot for us, since we only eat out once or twice a week)!
