Dear B. Johan, Thank you for your feedback on our community. We take great pride in our landscaping and the upkeep of our community and strive to create a beautiful atmosphere for our residents. We are excited that we will soon be undergoing renovations to our apartment homes beginning in 2016.
Our valet trash service began in September 2014 and has been a wonderful addition to our property. Resident trash is picked up at your door Sunday-Thursday evenings every week in order to provide convenience for our residents. Regarding the recent consolidation of the utility bill, there are many benefits for residents when you consolidate the billing such as removal of activation/disconnect fees, ease of payment through ACH along with your monthly rent, and easy record keeping through our resident statements that are emailed each month. This consolidation also will help us monitor any signs of abnormal usage, possible leaks, and other issues that maintenance would need to be aware of. The $4 administrative fee goes toward the costs to calculate/process the extensive report provided by Carmel Utilities. This fee is common for many apartment communities in the area.
