Great for us in terms of demand for our services (but tough as we hire)!

Analytics skills ...they're in demand.

A recent report surveying 747 executives from amongst the Fortune 500 conducted by +Online Marketing Institute identified that Analytics is one of the most desirable skills, yet (still) has the largest talent gap for 2014. This is a huge opportunity for all of you.

Make this the year you focus on Analytics, and lead your peers and organization to make better, data-driven decisions. See what other digital skills are in-demand at: http://goo.gl/dH75hD

A great place to get started working on your Analysis skills is our Analytics Academy. All content is open and available at: http://goo.gl/ijb1NM

"...to build a consistent customer experience across very different channels, focus on persistence of data about the customer across channels..."

It's become a mantra in the #digitalmarketing  world these days:  companies need to maintain a seamless #customerexperience  across the multiple channels. They have to communicate a consistent identity from message to message, from medium to medium and deliver consistently on that identity. But how is that possible?

Nice overview of a simple, free A/B testing tool:

Check out this brief guide to creating tests w/ Content Experiments.

Site testing is awesome and can be your team's secret weapon for improving results. Content Experiments helps you optimize for goals you have already defined in your Google Analytics account, and can help you decide which page designs, layouts and content are most effective.

Getting started is easy, and our Analytics Advocate +Daniel Waisberg has put together a quick guide here: http://goo.gl/J6UQC4

Have been eagerly awaiting this launch! Think Omniture SAINT for GA (Universal Analytics only):

Dimension Widening: Import data directly into Google Analytics

Learn about Dimension Widening: http://troni.me/1h0x06i

There are lots of different ways to put data in Google Analytics.

* You can collect data from a website with JavaScript.
* You can collect data from an app using an SDK (Android or iOS).
* You can collect data from any connected device using the measurement protocol.

But there’s another way to add data to +Google Analytics  – you can import data via a CSV file (or send it programmatically) using a feature called Dimension Widening.

Learn about how it works and how you can use it: http://troni.me/1h0x06i
